Now is a better time than ever to enjoy the outdoors with your friends or family on one of our close-to-home incredible rivers, with a company known for its private and custom trips. It’s just you, your Momentum guides, and the river. From a few relaxing days on the scenic Rogue River to an exciting day of steep rapids on the Upper Klamath, there’s something for everyone. These trips are all close to our home in Ashland, Oregon. All you have to do is choose your river, pick your dates, assemble your group, and let us handle the rest.

Close to half of our trips are private or chartered, allowing us to cater to the unique needs and interests of our guests on all of our rivers. You can select one of our (already amazing) standard itineraries, or create a custom trip that’s perfect for your group. We really enjoy working with guests to create their ideal custom trip, from adding something luxurious like a local wine and cheese tasting, to specific logistics that accommodate all experience levels in the group. We already love doing these trips, and now is a better time than ever to enjoy a remote and exclusive escape.

This trip is just you and your guides. Spending time in the wilderness is one of the best ways to enjoy your summer in a relatively isolated way. We are also taking additional precautions to sanitize all gear such as rafts, vans, paddles, personal guest gear, etc.

A private trip is a great way to enjoy uninterrupted time with the river and with your group. Our staff is experienced and passionate about sharing these amazing places with you, no matter your needs or interests.

Rogue River Stand Up Paddleboarding

The Upper Rogue SUP/IK Half or Full Day Trip

1/2 or Full Day | May – Sept | Class II-III+ | Gateway: Ashland / Medford Oregon (MFR)

A high adventure half day with beautiful scenery. You can stand-up-paddle or inflatable kayak a fun float, and even continue downstream in rafts for some more exciting whitewater. Having your own craft is a unique way to experience the river and, like the Rogue Rafting option, you can meet us at the river.

Rogue River Rafting - Oregon Rafting

The Rogue ½ Day Rafting Trip

1 /2 Day | April – Sept | Class III+ | Gateway: Ashland / Medford Oregon (MFR)

If you’re looking for a more mellow trip or don’t have time for a full day on the water, this trip is a great introduction to whitewater and is just 30 minutes from Ashland. It’s just your team and your guide, and you can even meet us right at the river.

The Upper Klamath Day Trip

1 Day | April – Sept | Class IV+ | Gateway: Ashland / Medford Oregon (MFR)

This is our signature Ashland day trip, close to home and action-packed, with over 30 major rapids. It’s definitely an exciting day on the water, and arguably the best summer class IV+ in the country. Pick your team to take on this exciting whitewater with your guide!

The Upper Klamath 2 or 3 Day River Safari

2-3 Days | May – Sept | Class IV+ | Gateway: Ashland / Medford Oregon (MFR)

The Rogue Wilderness Trip

3-5 Days | April – Sept | Class III | Gateway: Ashland / Medford Oregon (MFR)

The Rogue River is an American summer classic, with beautiful Northwestern scenery and miles of both tranquil and exciting waters. It’s a founding member of the Wild and Scenic River System, and a fantastic trip for the whole family. No matter your experience in the outdoors or on rivers, your group will love this remote adventure. On the Rogue we can meet you at the river and have your vehicles shuttled to the end.

Ukonom Falls - Lower Klamath River Rafting

The Lower Klamath River

3 to 5 Days | April – Sept | Class IV+ | Gateway: Ashland / Medford Oregon (MFR)

Another Wild and Scenic treasure, the Lower Klamath offers warm water, fun rapids and beautiful side hikes. Float or swim through calm pools and enjoy abundant wildlife. It’s home to some of our favorite campsites with big beaches and stunning views. It’s easy to make this a private Safari style trip with just your group and our guides.
