It used to be that when I headed east or abroad I would drive to Portland, or San Francisco and fly from there. But the last couple of years it has been way easier to leave from our little Medford “International” airport. In the last couple of months things have gotten even better with new inexpensive connections. It was just announced yesterday that there are flights now to LA as low as $69! It is getting even easier to access Oregon and Northern California rafting – some of the best boating in the world packed into our little area! (and its is easier to go see grandma..)
