Kern Day Trips with Momentum

The same guides that guide our multi-day trips throughout California, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and abroad guide our Kern Half-Day Trips – talented, well-educated, well-traveled, and with experience on some of the world’s most remote and wild rivers. And most importantly, they are true professionals that find joy in sharing the outdoors and their outdoor experiences with others.

All our Kern half-day trips start and end at our River Center just outside Kernville California and include all your river gear. Our rafting trips can be combined with time exploring Historic Kernville and Sequoia National Park, as well as enjoying world-class fly fishing, hiking, and mountain biking.

Our River Center has gated parking, changing rooms, snacks and drinks, last-minute odds and ends, and Momentum and Kern River Gear. And it is the jumping off point for all our Kern trips as well as an information hub for our trips throughout the West.
