My mother and her husband who traveled with us who are almost seventy years old had a wonderful time. All the wildlife you see is awesome and swimming in the side waterfalls was renewing.   5 "This got to be one of the best rafting trips in the world for non-professionals like my group. It is absolutely amazing how the crew of Momentum River Expeditions enabled me and my two friends to enjoy the challenging Class IV rapids with ease and comfort. Yes, we all got drenched, and we all fell into the water (during our solo kayaking portion). But at no time did we feel threatened or our safety at risk. This included one of my friends who does not even know how to swim. For two days we rafted, kayaked, hiked and mountain biked. At night, I fell asleep gazing the sierra stars. Momentum ferried our gears, guided our tours and prepared our meals. The low-keyed but ultra-experienced crew treated us like friends. We swapped stories over dinner, and shared drinks over dessert of strawberry chocolate Fondue. What a trip! The portage was something out of some ultimate challenge obstacle course and you all made it look like you do it every day. He greeted us the moment we stepped out of our car at the put-in and from that point on he provided calm, mature leadership throughout the trip. Andy worked non-stop to make sure the group had everything we needed even when the weather was harsh. You should rest assured that your guests are well taken care of with Andy. Beth was amazingly quick with help and helpful information, and so very patient with and responsive to a year’s worth of questions and changes. (Gee, guess you are not missed that much at the office!) If you can’t give her a raise, maybe nominate her for sainthood?
